1.The Amount deposited via SBI ePay towards getting Copies of Land Related Documents is treated as Advance amount. In case, after depositing the amount if the Payee does not receive the requested documents the payee is entitled to make use of the deposit amount for getting the requested document as and when available Or Payee can make use of the deposit amount for requesting Copies of Other Land Related Documents.

SBI ePay द्वारे अभिलेखांच्या नक्कल वितरणाची घेण्यात येणारी फी ही अग्रीम भरणा स्वरुपाची असल्याने जर काही कारणास्तव फी भरुनही नक्कल प्राप्त झाली नाही तर संबंधित व्यक्ती / संस्था त्याच अभिलेखाची इतर कोणत्याही वेळी नक्कल घेण्यासाठी सदर अग्रीमचा वापर करु शकेल. किंवा इतर अभिलेखांची नक्कल घेण्यासाठी सदर अग्रीमचा वापर करू शकेल.)

2.The Amount deposited via SBI ePAY is Non-Refundable i.e. Amount once paid, the department will not make any refunds in form of Cash/Internet Banking / Money transfer.
( २. SBI ePay चा उपयोग करुन एकदा भरलेली अग्रीम रक्कम रोख स्वरुपात किंवा इंटरनेट बँकिंग किंवा मनी ट्रान्सफरद्वारे परत केली जाणार नाही.)

3.Once the amount is deposited, the Payee will not be entitled to get any refund even if he cancels the request for documents.
( ३. कोणत्याही कारणास्तव कागदपत्रांच्या नकला घेण्याचे संबंधित व्यक्ती / संस्था यांनी रद्द केल्यास ती व्यक्ती / संस्था कोणत्याही परताव्याकरीता पात्र असणार नाही.)

4.If the Receipt is not generated after the Amount deposited via SBI ePay, the refund will be made to payee as per SBI ePay refund policy.
( ४. अग्रीम भरल्याची पावती तयार न झाल्यास अग्रीम जमा करणाऱ्या व्यक्तीस SBI ePay, च्या नियमानुसार परतावा दिला जाईल.)

5.The Department is not responsible for any Charge backs in case the Payee fails to avail the services from Department.
( ५. अग्रीम भरल्यानंतर विभागाच्या सेवांचा वापर करण्यास संबंधित व्यक्ती / संस्था असमर्थ असल्यास संबंधित व्यक्ती / संस्था कोणत्याही परताव्यास पात्र राहणार नाही.)
